The winter is so cold that people don’t even let their animals out of the house. Everyone suffers from cabin fever but the garbage trucks still have a great many tasks in town. Who would be so impenitent as to keep capsizing the garbage cans left out in the streets? With chattering teeth and shivering windshields the garbage trucks prove once again that nothing is impossible.
